By submitting outage reports, comments, or screenshots, you grant IsDownUp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as part of our Service. You retain ownership of your content.

We reserve the right to remove or moderate any user-generated content that violates these Terms or our community standards, without prior notice.

5. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

6. Data Accuracy

IsDownUp aggregates data from user reports and automated monitoring. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all status information is complete, accurate, or current. Outage data should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth for critical business decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The IsDownUp name, logo, website design, and proprietary technology are owned by IsDownUp. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform or its content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Paid Services

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, refund policies, and plan details are presented at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability
